Next Level Motors is a car dealership helping buyers find the right vehicle across a range of makes, models and budgets. In the automotive space, local search dominance is everything, buyers search with high intent and convert quickly when they find a dealership they trust.
We were brought in to build a local search presence that would put Next Level Motors at the top of buyer searches in their target area.
The Challenge
What We Were Solving
Next Level Motors had strong inventory and competitive pricing but buyers weren't finding them. Competitors with weaker offerings were ranking above them for local automotive searches simply because they'd invested in SEO earlier.
The challenge was building a dominant local search presence in a competitive category where proximity, reviews and technical SEO fundamentals all play a role and where every first-page ranking translates directly to showroom visits and sales.

How We Approached It
We started with local SEO fundamentals: comprehensive Google Business Profile optimisation, structured citation building across automotive-specific and local business directories and review generation strategies that built social proof.
We then built a network of vehicle-specific and location-specific landing pages, one for each car make/model category and each geographic area Next Level Motors served. Each page was optimised for the specific searches buyers make when they're ready to purchase. We supplemented this with helpful buyer content: car comparison guides, financing explainers and vehicle inspection checklists that captured top-of-funnel searches and built trust.
The Results
What We Achieved
Within 6 months, Next Level Motors reached top 3 positions in the local pack for their primary target keywords and dominated first-page results for multiple vehicle-specific and location-specific searches.
Organic showroom traffic grew by 280%. The dealership's online enquiry volume increased significantly and the organic channel became their primary new customer acquisition source, replacing expensive third-party automotive listing platforms.
