Adilo is an all-in-one cloud video hosting platform offering video, audio, and podcast hosting solutions.

Adilo simplifies how businesses manage their media content, making it easier to store, share, and monetize videos and podcasts.

When we began working with Adilo, the company was experiencing a mismatch between their blog content and the core services they offered.

Much of Adilo’s content was focused on marketing-related keywords like “video marketing” and “audio marketing,” when their real strength was hosting solutions.

This misalignment in keywords was preventing potential customers from finding Adilo’s services.

Here’s how we turned things around and helped Adilo achieve significant SEO growth.

Identifying the Challenge

At the time, Adilo’s blog content wasn’t aligned with the company’s core offerings.

The focus was on terms like “video marketing” and “audio marketing,” which are important for marketers but not what potential hosting customers were searching for.

Their ideal customers were businesses looking for video hosting, podcast hosting, and secure content delivery.

But those pages were missing or under-optimized.

The result?

  1. Poor keyword-targeting alignment
  2. Low-converting traffic
  3. Stagnant rankings for high-intent queries
  4. Minimal blog contribution to the MRR

A Strategic Approach to Content Optimization

To address this,

We launched a three-pronged strategy:

  1. Reoptimizing existing content
  2. Ensuring new content would better match user intent
  3. Improve the health of the website, which significantly affects SEO traffic

Reoptimization of Content

The first step was restructuring the blog content to target keywords that were aligned with Adilo’s core offerings: video hosting, audio hosting, and podcast hosting.

By aligning the content with search intent, we ensured we were attracting the right audience.

This realignment brought in the type of traffic Adilo needed: more qualified leads interested in their services.

We:

  1. Audited every existing blog post
  2. Identified and replaced low-intent keywords
  3. Refocused content around core revenue topics: video hosting, audio hosting, podcast delivery
  4. Rewrote articles to align with commercial and transactional search intent

Keyword Research and Integration

Next, we conducted comprehensive keyword research.

My focus was on finding revenue-driven keywords and marketing-related queries.

We strategically integrated these keywords throughout the blog, ensuring the content would rank for terms that were highly relevant to Adilo’s target audience.

This corrected the previous keyword mismatch, allowing Adilo to connect with users searching for exactly what they offer.

Technical SEO

We didn’t stop at content optimization.

Adilo’s website also had a lot of technical SEO issues (all issues were split into 45 sheets on the same spreadsheet) that were hindering its performance.

We worked closely with their development team to address key technical problems such as broken links, slow load times, and other site health concerns and as well as the blog page redesign.

Fixing these issues improved the overall user experience and helped search engines crawl the site more efficiently.

A Significant Increase in Traffic and Conversions

The results of these efforts were impressive.

By realigning the blog’s content to focus on hosting-related keywords, Adilo received more targeted traffic, with a higher likelihood of converting into leads and customers.

The technical SEO fixes also significantly improved the site’s overall performance, making it easier for users to navigate and more likely to rank higher in search results.

Conclusion:

Through this project, we demonstrated how aligning content with the correct search intent and fixing technical SEO issues can drive traffic and conversions.

Adilo is now better positioned to attract users actively looking for hosting services, and the blog is a more valuable asset in their inbound marketing strategy.
